ServiceDesk Plus, Intune & MDE Implementation

Vietnam Star Automobile trusted and chose ITVC to accompany them in the consulting and implementation project of ServiceDesk Plus, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), with the goal of improving IT operational efficiency, standardizing user support processes, and strengthening endpoint protection capabilities.

The project focused on building a systematic IT service management system, deploying centralized device management, and applying Microsoft’s modern endpoint security solution, helping the enterprise enhance its ability to monitor, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity risks. This is an important step helping Vietnam Star Automobile consolidate its technology foundation, optimize operations, and effectively support its digital transformation roadmap.
