IT Infrastructure Deployment for Dong Nai Province Government

ITVC partnered with Dong Nai Province Government (UBND) on an IT infrastructure deployment project aimed at enhancing system operational capacity, meeting digital transformation requirements, and modernizing public administration management. Given the nature of a government entity, the project demanded high stability, scalability, and strict compliance with information security standards and continuity of online public services.

Challenge

The existing IT infrastructure of Dong Nai Province Government required upgrading to handle the growing workload of government applications and public services. Beyond performance and availability requirements, the system also needed to ensure information security, operational consistency, and stable support for management and administration — as well as service delivery to citizens and organizations.

Solution

ITVC deployed a comprehensive IT infrastructure solution, including network system upgrades, provisioning and installation of servers and storage equipment, along with related operational support components. The solution was also designed with multi-layer security enhancements to improve system protection and meet information security requirements for government agencies. The entire deployment process was executed according to a detailed plan to ensure schedule, quality, and minimal disruption to the unit’s day-to-day operations.
